Dear Parents,
Nursery and Junior KG admissions to SVPT’S – Saraswati Vidyalaya G. B. Road, Thane for the academic year 2025-2026 are open.
• Children born from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022 are eligible to apply for admissions to Nursery and,
• Children born from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021 are eligible to apply for admissions to
Jr. KG for the academic year 2025-2026.
There will be no relaxation on the age criteria.
The online application forms for admissions to Nursery and Jr. KG for the academic year 2025-2026 will be available on the school website https://gb.svptsaraswati.com/
The parents would have to fill the online application form, upload the photos and all the requiblue documents (keep the soft copy of the child’s Birth certificate, Aadhar cards of child as well as both parents ready while filling the online form) and pay an admission application registration fee of Rs 500/- online.

*Admissions are subject to availability of seats. We follow random sampling / lottery system.
The filling up of the online forms will commence from 25th November 2024 at 5:00 pm and will close on 15th December 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). No extensions of time / date will be entertained.
The Admissions team will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. Once your application has been reviewed and verified, qualifying parents will be informed by the Admissions team for the interaction schedule via email.
• Dates & Time slots for interaction will be fixed by the Admission Cell in consultation with the Principal, school counsellor, and coordinators and inform the schedule to the parents.
• It would be mandatory for both the parents to be present for the interaction session.
• If selected, you will be informed via email about the next steps.

Admission fees of Rs. 15000/- is payable at the time of admission and are non-refundable and non- transferable under any circumstances.
The Tuition & Term fees can be paid in one of the following ways:
- Lump Sum Payment: The full yearly fees, along with the admission fees, will be paid at the time of
admission.
- Two Instalments:
• First Instalment: 50% of the yearly fees, along with the admission fees, will be paid at the
time of admission.
• Second Instalment: The remaining 50% of the yearly fees will be due between 1st October
and 17th October.
• The admission fee is non-refundable.
• The school does not typically offer refunds. However, in cases of withdrawal due to transfers, a refund of academic fees (Tuition & term fees) may be processed if the request is submitted in writing by March 15th.
• Refund processing will take a minimum of 45 days, and
• Requests made after the March 15th deadline will not be considered.
• Nursery: 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Jr.KG: 12:45 p.m. to 03:45 p.m.

The school has no promoter or agent. You are advised not to approach such sources to seek their recommendation for admission to school.
