On 15th June 2026, Thane Vaibhav in collaboration with Solaris hospital organised poster painting competition for the students of Saraswati Vidyalaya. The competition was conducted in the school premises under the able guidance of our Art teacher Mrs. MedhaBartakke.
The theme of the competition was “Your poster Today, Someone’s life Tomorrow” The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of 25 students. The thought and the ideas conveyed the message that discipline on the roads are equally important as we deal in our life. The students analyzed critical road safety rules and a responsibility every citizen should instill within them and spread knowledge to others. Through the poster making students have ensured sending a message to the community road discipline in life. Out of all the submission 12 posters were shortlisted for recognition.
Participants viewed this competition not merely a daily activity but felt this as an educational initiative. By conceptualizing road safety, students have become better informed citizens and advocates for safety habits such as helmet usage, respecting speed limitations, and pedestrian walking.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our principal Mrs. Renuka Mehta and Thane Vaibhav team for providing this worthy opportunity. The students enjoyed the creative process and gained deeper, lasting understanding of their responsibility towards road safety.
