Report on Assembly Program of Class VI

The assembly program for Class VI was successfully conducted on 24th April 2025. The theme of the program was Civil Services The Steel Frame of India, highlighting the importance of civil servants in the nation’s development. The program commemorated a historic moment when, on 21st April 1947, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel addressed the first batch of civil servants of independent India at Metcalfe House.

The preparation for the event spanned two weeks, during which students enthusiastically prepared beautiful charts, a podium chart, and a program list to decorate the venue. The event was graced by our visionary Principal of School Mrs. Renuka Mehta and coordinator- Mr. Vaibhav Satam, teachers, and the students of Class VII as the audience. The program commenced with the school prayer song, followed by the welcome and felicitation of dignitaries with a handcrafted pen stand made by students.

A captivating English drama was then performed, depicting a teacher passionately explaining the importance of civil services to her curious students, and also showcasing the bravery of IPS Officer Kiran Bedi. Adding a melodious charm to the event, the students presented soulful group song medley, weaving together Bengali and Hindi melodies that echoed the timeless values of truthfulness and unwavering dedication to duty.

A special highlight was the grand ushering of the Excellentia Batch, where the esteemed Principal Mrs. Renuka Mehta and ever diligent coordinator, Mr. Vaibhav Satam warmly felicitated students who had demonstrated outstanding excellence in the previous year. The audience was further delighted by a vibrant group dance performance by the students.

Enthusiastic teacher Mrs. Mamta Pawar expressed her views, appreciating the effort and spirit of the participants. Later, the esteemed Principal, Mrs. Renuka Mehta and ever- supportive Coordinator Mr. Vaibhav Satam shared their encouraging thoughts, applauding the students and teachers for their hard work and for making the program a grand success.

The program concluded with Mst. Hitansh Shevle from VI Std, who rendered the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone involved.

Overall, the event was a memorable and inspiring experience for all
